Personal work philosophy vs Corporate work culture

Asked by: Guest - 20 May 16
Does our work philosophy only count the benefits of the organization or we can also include our aptitude towards work? Would the interviewer not get offended with our principles and attributes towards work culture?

Work philosophy means the manner in which the candidate prefers to work. The interviewer seek the work culture of the candidate and not just the aim towards the benefit of the organization. The work culture should have the focus to develop and benefit the organization. But, here the candidate should give out their skill set and management procedure.

Interviewer expects keenness and enthusiasm in the candidate with a matured experience and work ethics. Candidate is expected to be a team player as well as management skills. The team player displays the talent to work with the co-employees, helping them, yet proving their own talent and shine distinctly among the group. Sound leadership skills imparts the understanding of handling the team, firm decision-making power, delivering potentials, getting the team oriented. Instead of a exaggerated perfection, a thoughtful and intelligent reply is all that is expected. The candidate should ideally work as a motivated resourceful individual.
