Every candidate looks out for a set of things that could retain them within the company. The salary undoubtedly is the one which leads the set. The candidate can be honest enough to state that a handsome package which could either meet their current package or with some percentage higher would be one of the criterias. The next one would be a congenial work environment. Every individual has some talent. A place which could understand and estimate their caliber and provide them with opportunity for them to express and implement their ideas in the ‘benefit of the organization would be craved by anyone.

Candidates can also add some more criteria or qualities which could express their potential and skills. Some can also add up features like commutation facility or cafeteria etc., but there should not be much weightage. It should be conveyed in a lighter way as if it would be a add-on if provided but not the one the candidate would necessarily demand.
