    - Agile development is a group of software development methods, which include the requirements to implement the simplest solution to meet today's problem and shared code ownership.

    - Agile methods are focused on different aspects of the SDLC.

    - It involves some work practices, such as test-driven development , behavior-driven development, agile testing etc.

    - Agile software development takes continual feedback from customer.

    Why Agile Development?

    - It provides opportunities to assess the direction of a project throughout the development life cycle.

    - It helps companies to build the right product.

    - It preserves a product's critical market relevance.
