W’s father is the brother of X’s father and X’s father is Z’s uncle.

    So answer is sister.

    The answer of this question is wrong.The answer of this question is (c).sister because they have already said that Y and W are daughters of the brother of X’s father.So the relation between W and Z is that W is Z's sister.
