Cantilever beam: It is a rigid structural element which is anchored at one end from which it protudes.

    - It allows overhanging structures without external bracing.

    - The cantilever beam transfers load to support, at this point it manages moment of force and shear stress.

    - These beams can also be constructed with slabs or trusses.

    - On its open end, the cantilever beam bears specific weight as a result of support on its enclosed end. As it is supported on one end, no break down occurs by the weight generated on beam structure due to shear stress.

    - These beams result in large deflections and large moments.
