    - Thermoplastic materials can be heated and cooled any number of times. They are not as rigid as thermosetting materials.

    - Therefore, electric insulations are made of thermoplastic materials.

    - Thermosetting materials cannot be resoftened once they have set and hardened. They become rigid and heat resistant too.

    - Therefore, camera bodies, Automobile parts and electric plugs are made of thermosetting materials.
