    - Both the hot working process and cold working process are plastic deformation of metal but the cold working process is carried out at the temperature below recrystallisation temperature whereas hot working process is carried out at the temperature above recrystallisation temperature.

    - In above given processes, the bending, squeezing and drawing processes are carried out at the temperature below recrystallisation temperature.

    - Therefore, bending, squeezing and drawing are cold working processes; whereas forging and pipe welding are hot working processes.
