- Shri Ravi Gupta, Sr. Advocate

- Shri Arvind Modi, IRS
- Dr. Vinay Kumar Singh, IRS

The committee will study and identify provisions/phrases in act leading to litigation as per different interpretations, and study how to improve tax and revenue collections as well as ease of doing business in India.
