GRC project is under Ministry of Road Transport and Highways
The projects to be assigned to small contractors in small stretches of 8 -10 Km. A Green Highways Fund would be set apart utilizing 1% of the civil work cost while arriving at total road project cost. This will be transferred to NHAI.
