    - Analysis of manufacturing process can be done with the help of some methods. Some of them are as follows:

    1. Statistical techniques: A statistical technique can be employed such that effective decision can be approached related to manufacturing system analysis.

    2. Simulation models: These models are very helpful to solve complicated industrial problem which are not possible to express in a mathematical term. Simulation models are based on conceptual structure and may not lead to an optimum result. These are good tools to compare the various alternatives.

    3. Waiting line model: Waiting is always associated with cost. Therefore, the waiting line model helps to solve the industrial problems so that there should be minimum waiting at minimum cost for better manufacturing.
