Considering the hybrid – π equivalent model of a single stage CE amplifier along with the load resistance, Miller's theorem is widely applicable to deal with the parallel combination of CC and r'bc .

This is so because Miller's theorem proves to be beneficial in minimizing the sophistications which arises due to non-zero value of load resistance.

However, the simplification of equivalent circuit becomes easier with an assistance of Miller's theorem by reducing its complexity level for further analysis.
