Government has planned to set up National Industrial Corridor Development Authority
  • Proposed NICDA will integrate development of Industrial Corridors through India
  • It will channelise central and institutional funds for projects like DMIC which seeks to create corridors in Gujarat, UP, MP and Maharashtra namely:
    i. Ahmedabad-Dholera Special Investment Region in Gujarat.
    ii. Shendra-Bidkin Industrial Park in Maharashtra.
    iii. Integrated Industrial Township Project in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
    iv. Integrated Industrial Township Project in Vikram Udyogpuri in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
