    Given: θ = 50°, force A = 200 N, force B = 300 N

    Formula: Resultant force = √A2 + B2 + 2 AB cos 50

    Solution:

    Resultant force = √A2 + B2 + 2 AB cos 50

    = √2002 + 3002 + 2 x 200 x 300

    = 455.12 N
