    Average outgoing quality:

    - Average outgoing quality is defined as the percent defectives found in outing products, which are replaced by non defective parts.

    Given: Lot size (N) = 10000, Probability of acceptance (Pa) = 0.483, p' = 0.4 %,

    Formula: Average outgoing quality = 100 x p' x Pa
here, Pa = probability of acceptance

    Solution:

    % Average outgoing quality = 100 x p' x Pa

    = 100 x 0.004 x 0.483

    = 0.1932
