ANSWER: 4 /12
 
Let the positive number be x.
Then, 2/3 x = 16/216 * 1/x
x2 = 16/216 * 3/2
= 16/144
x = √16/144 =4 /12.

    but the answer according to my calculations will be 1/9
    let suppose the number be 'a' :
    2/3 * a = 16/216 * 1/a
    a * a = 16 * 3 / 216*2
    which is a = 1/3
    as per the calculator and my own
