    - The angle of projection is 76° over a horizontal plane, if horizontal range (R) is equal to maximum height (Hmax).

    - Horizontal range (R) is defined as the horizontal distance between point of projection and point of landing.

    - Maximum height is the vertical distance between point of projection and the point on which vertical component of velocity is zero.

    - If horizontal range is 4√3 times the maximum height, then the angle of projection is 30°.

    - The angle of projection is 45° over a horizontal plane, if horizontal range (R) is equal to 4 times the maximum height (Hmax).

    - Angle of projection is the angle made by velocity with horizontal. Velocity of projectile directed up the horizontal is known as angle of elevation and that directed below the horizontal is known as angle of depression.
