Quality of a device can be defined as a degree of conformity to applicable specifications and workmanship standards.

It basically deals with the manufacturing level of a unit because the type of manufacturing along with the the type of considerable specifications mould the quality the device.

However, the quality of device has no concern with respect to time or environmental conditions & it is highly impossible to define the quality in terms of numerical value.

Besides these, even the poor quality elements cannot construct the good quality system.
