Since the nature of response of RC coupled amplifier gives three different frequency regions with different characteristics, it is quite wider & has larger bandwidth.

It also provides the convenient and inexpensive form of coupling. It is a high fidelity amplifier which reproduces the distortion free type of input signal to higher extent. Even the distortion level at the output is very low due to absence of internal or core distortion & high fidelity.

Despite these advantages, no way of impedance matching is provided by RC coupled amplifier which can be termed as its disadvantage. Voltage amplifiers are the perfect illustrations of RC coupled amplifiers.
