  • Conference was organised by the Central Adoption Resource Authority of the WCD Ministry.
  • This regional conference covers the following states: Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura.
  • Reforms have also led to the enactment of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015
