  - The hardware and software resources are incorporated in an environment known as software engineering environment (SEE).
  
  Human resources:
  - It evaluates the scope and selecting the skills which is required to complete the development.
  - All the manager, senior manager, software engineer etc. are specified in human resource in the organization position.
  
  Reusable software resources:
  - These components are categorized for easy reference, standardized for easy application and validated for easy integration.
  - There are four software resources categories:
      1. Off-the-shelf components
      2. Full experience components
      3. Partial experience components
      4. New components
  
  Environmental resources:
  - Environmental resources incorporates with hardware and software.
  - Hardware provides a platform that supports the tools which is required to produce the work products.
  - The software team requires to access the hardware elements.
  - The software project planner specifies the hardware element.
