Country’s largest PSU bank SBI has signed an MoU with IRCTC for detailed promotion of railway ticketing activities including online ticketing and unreserved ticketing systems.
  • As per the MoU, the signatories “will jointly explore areas of cooperation and draw up a detailed plan for promotion of rail ticketing activities.”
  • Both parties are desirous of working together to provide improved Internet ticketing services to the customers of Indian Railways in the field of Unreserved Ticketing System (UTS) and Internet-based e-ticketing system.
