During an analysis of AC load line using a partial amplifier circuit, AC & DC load resistances are given by Rc || RL and Rc respectively. Hence, the slope of AC load line would be -1 / (Rc || RL ) & it is generally adopted specifically when the transistor is applicable as an amplifier.
On the contrary, the slope of DC load line would be ultimately -1 / Rc. By evaluating the slopes of AC & DC load lines, it becomes obvious that the parallel combination (Rc || RL ) is always less than Rc.
Therefore, the slope of AC load line is always greater than that of DC load line.
