The management focuses on the four P's of management terms/spectrum for an effective software project.
    - People are the primary resources of the projects. People Management Capability Maturity Model (PM-CMM) defines the people management which include recruiting, performance management, team development, training and work design.
    - Product is a part of a project, but before project can be planned, product objectives and scope should be established.
    - Process provides the framework for developing the software project. There are different process models in SDLC such as, Waterfall Model, Prototyping Model, Spiral Model, Prototyping Model, RAD(Rapid Application Model) etc.
    - Project is a series of steps where we need to make right decisions for a successful software project.
