we know what is means by white box and black box testing.i will tell you only about what is mean by static testing and dynamic testing.static testing is nothing but varification and dynamic testing is nothing but validation.in static testing varification is done by only reviewing test cases,test plans ,reviewing requirment etc.and validation means we give input on the base of output and decide whether it passes or not .simlilar like functional testing which comes under black box.so ans should be static testing.because before doing indepth testing we should do basic check
