Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas launched the website of the Indian Institute of Petroleum & Energy (IIPE), Visakhapatnam (www.iipe.ac.in).
  • As per the AP Reorganisation Act 2014, GoI has agreed to establish institutional of natural importance one of them being petroleum university IIPE in AP
  • IIT Kharagpur will be IIPE’s mentor institute
