    - Pareto chart:

    1) Pareto charts propaged by Vilfredo Pareto are based on 20-80 rule.

    2) According to this rule, 80% of troubles are caused due to 20% problems.

    3) Pareto analysis is a technique which determines beginning of rectification process.

    4) This chart contains both bars and line graphs, and bars denote individual values in descending order and lines represent cumulative total of cost, occurrences, etc

    5) These charts are useful to represent sources of defects, frequent reasons of customer complaints, etc
