HCF = 36 = 2^2 * 3^2
H.C.F must be the common factor for all 3 numbers, thus 3rd number must also have 2^2 * 3^2 as its factor.
L.C.M of first two numbers leads to 2^4 * 3^4 * 5^2
thus 3rd number must have 3^5 * 7^2 as its factor for Total LCM to be 2^4 * 3^5 * 5^2 * 7^2
Hence the 3rd number is 2^2 * 3^5 * 7^2 [option A]
