- Modelling of LCA Trainer – Brake & Rudder Pedal assembly. The Rudder Pedal an LRU of LCA, designed as a transmitting link for rudder actuation to achieve yaw movement of aircraft.
- Modelling of Nose Cone assembly components. The LCA nose cone components & assembly accommodated so many LRUs like SADP, NADP, AOA vane, etc.
- Study and Modelling of LCA Navy vertical tail (Fin). LCA Naval version fin modification is under progress, in order to attain better directional stability. The NMG modification is in

progress and parallel work is being carried out by our team in modelling of fin box – spars and others.
- The above projects include the use of Solid, Surface, Assembly Design, and DMU Kinematics & Drafting in CATIA V5.
- Analysis of LCA Navy Arrester Hook System components using Ansys 9.0. It includes Meshing, Solver & Post-processing. The AHS is designed in such a way that it can take about 40-ton load

during landing.
- Study of eye-hook relationship, location of Arrester Hook System in the layout of Naval aircraft and the hook path line of the aircraft. Study of Arresting Gear & Ski-jump site in the Shore
