Here, I am going to discuss the selection and interview process conducted in campus placement at Blue Dart

Selection Process at Blue Dart

The selection process at Blue Dart consists of two rounds:

1. Written Test
2. Personal Interview

The first round is written test that includes Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning and English Language. Questions asked in the test are:

1. Two pipes can fill a tank in 6 hours and 8 hours respectively while a third pipe empties the full tank in 12 hours. If all the three pipes operate simultaneously, in how much time will the tank be filled?

2. 50% of a number is 18 less than two-third of that number. Find the number.

3. Ani is the husband of Bill. Era is the daughter of Ciza. Ani is the father of Ciza. How is Bill related to Era?

4. Statements: No truck is rover. All rovers are land.
Conclusion: i. No land is truck. ii. Some land is truck.

Questions of English Language consists of sentence correction, sentence completion, synonyms etc.

Personal Interview at Blue Dart

The second round is Personal Interview that will be taken by the HR Representative of the company. The interview consists questions based on resume and company profile. You can also expect the tricky questions. The purpose is to check the candidates' confidence, logical and communication skills.

Some of the sample questions for interview are:

1. How would you handle it if your boss will be wrong?
2. How do you manage your time and prioritize the tasks?
