Here, I am going to talk about the selection and interview process conducted in campus placement at Caritor.

Selection Process at Caritor

The selection process at Caritor consists of four rounds:

1. Written Test
2. Group Discussion
3. Technical Interview
4. HR Interview

The first round conducted by Caritor Solutions is Written Test. It comprises of 30 questions that are to be completed in 60 minutes. The test consists of questions from Quantitative Aptitude, English, Reasoning and Technical sections.

You can expect questions like,

1. Find the number of times the hour hand and the minute hand of a clock are at right angle in a day.

2. Complete the series - BDA, FHE, _____ , NPM.

3. What are the different storage classes in C?

Second round is Group Discussion which is not an eliminatory round. Candidates will be divided accordingly and given a topic, like Is MBA necessary to be a Successful in Business?, Smart Cities in India etc.

Candidates must take reference from different sources for the topics and prepare well before presenting.

Technical Interview at Caritor

Next round is Technical Interview. In this, candidates will be asked questions related to their projects and languages like, C, C++, Java and other technologies.

Some of the sample questions are:

1. Differences between C and Java?

2. What are the 4 basics of OOP?

Personal Interview at Caritor

Last round is HR Interview which is taken by the HR Recruiter of the company. This round is just to check the communication skills, confidence and general awareness of the candidates.
