Its up to the students to grab up these opportunities and enhance their academic growth. But most of the students face a twist after pursuing their graduation. They end up in a confusion of whether to do a PG or take up a job. At times, they land up taking a wrong decision.

  • PG degrees have become the need of the hour. Doing a post graduation means further specialising in aparticular stream within the graduation line. This definitely holds some value in the career and profesional path. What is desired and what is essential for achieving a job is all that matters in this survival of the fittest scenario.

    A graduation is essential to get a certain job, but many a times we find the employers demanding a PG along with the work experience. In this highly competitive environment, we need to be very specific to complete every possible criteria to attain our livelihood.

    We are living in a society which has very few employment opportunities coming very rarely. Also, our Government does not have enough concentration over the unemployment concern to accomodate every individual pertaining the education to suffice with someor the other job relevant to his stream of education. People end up in searching the stream that could helpthem with some employment to feed their family. Here having a PG in the CV definitely increases the scope of being selected.

    PG degress undoubtedly add weightage to the CV in this competitive environment. Very aptly said, even the one employed requires the PG tag tohis Cv when he goes for a promotion in his work arena. Even if we look to the matter with respect to the knowledge, the PG to the CV means that the individual has a research experience in his stream of education and could serve the organization better in comparison to the graduate degree holder.
