Does Grievance policy benefit both the employees & the employer?


Employees need an opportunity to express their dissatisfaction, and having a Grievance policy ensures that their concerns are considered. A formal grievance policy ensures the employees that their concern is taken care of & also has a policy for dealing with issues fairly. The grievance policy also encourages employees to share their feelings openly and without negative appeal. Employers are also benefitted with this policy as; it helps in improving the work culture. If the employees are satisfied with their grievance redressal, they are in turn motivated to work harder for the organization & also remain associated with it for a long term.
