I am working as a Sales Person for the past 1 year; can I switch my career from sales to Human Resource Management?

A transition from a different field into HRM is possible as long as you are a graduate. You require a related academic background and your work experience will add to your benefit. But to become an HRM you will still need an MBA in Human Resource management or a post graduate degree\diploma in Human resource management. So, for that you will either have to take a break from your job and pursue regular masters or a post-graduation course or you can also opt for distance learning mode and continue working.

You can also become an HR by the help of Internal Job Posting if you are willing to undertake additional education and training.
