• Criteria for promotion shall be based on the ability of employee, physical fitness, without regards of age, color, religion or group.

• During performance review, the policy of promoting and qualified criteria should be communicated to minority and female group.

• Employees who have not qualified the criteria for upgrade or promotion should be encouraged to improve their performance.
