DreamWorks Studio is officially known as DreamWorks II Holding Co. LLC which is also known as DreamWorks SKG or DreamWorks Picture. It is an American film production company and its films are marketed and distributed by Walt Disney under its Touchstone Pictures banner. In the year 2008, DreamWorks has signed an USD 1.5 billion deal to produce films with Reliance ADAG. Reliance has provided USD 325 million of equity fund to recreate DreamWorks Studio.

DreamWorks is known for successful franchises such as How To Train Your Dragon and Shrek. It was a former film distributor for its own productions as well as films of other production houses. DreamWorks has produced 10 of the top grossers of their times. It is known for having made an indelible mark in the field of film production. This company’s headquarters are in Universal City, in the US state of California.

DreamWorks was founded in the year 1994 by media moguls who were looking to enter the production side via their own company. With Infosys on board, Sikka could well be minting good fortune and amazing technology for this American production studio.
