Is Aam Aadmi Party losing its ground?

Aam Aadmi Party has always stayed in one or other controversy every now and then. But recently it is not about just the road dramas but it is about the important people leaving the party after a poor performance in recent polls. The more harm is coming from the party leader Arvind Kejriwal who is not focusing on building up the party. In midst of all these problems, do you think Aam Aadmi party is near to its extinction?

Yes

• The poor performance in the polls clearly shows that it is seeing a decline from its recent success in Vidhan Sabha elections.

• People now consider the party and the leader as another drama party who just keep on organizing protests and don’t pay attention in governance.

• The key members like Shazia Ilmi and G R Gopinath are not staying with the party. And the latest member to join the wagon is Yogendra Yadav.

• AAP is continuously displaying the irresponsible politics and is unable to convert its words into actions.

• AAP failed to focus on long term objectives. It went chasing short term objectives at the stake of its strong holds.

No

• The recent break ups and failures will help the party to know where it is going wrong. It can correct the mistakes and can emerge as a stronger party.

• Congress is continuously moving on the self-destruction path that will ultimately help the AAP to gain some grounds.

• AAP has focused on anti-corruption and it will only provide the support to the falling party in the tough times.

• With the revised entry requirements, AAP has paved the way for people from civil society and the professional background to enter the politics.

• Even BJP had started by winning two seats in 1984 and today it is the party with majority. AAP success in Punjab can be the starting point of its long term fruitful career.

Conclusion

The mistakes made by AAP clearly indicate that the party is not professional and still learning the things. It certainly generates a soft corner in the heart of people. Agreed that it is facing the structural changes, but sooner or later it will cover its lost grounds and will reemerge as a strong political party.

  • Aam Aadmi party has already lost a whole lot of its supporters. The image has continuously doomed with the resignation of Arvind Kejriwal from the post of Chief Minister of Delhi. All the image that the party and its members carry are nothing else than drama stars.

All the factors have been on the negative note for the party. The dharnas, protests on streets with the post of CM on hand, and breaking the laws at every step; everything went too negatively for the party and its members. Many of the members had stepped down from the party with its continual failures.

The party has failed at every step. That is an obvious ground for the members to move out of the party. It has failed to keep up its manifesto and people have lost all the faith in the party. With the such a negativity prevailing all over the party, with loss of members, the party has no means to hold and bind them together. Thus, it is very clear that the Aam Aadmi Party is losing its ground.
