Selection Process at Lionbridge Technologies

Here I am going to discuss the selection process for freshers at Lionbridge. The selection process of the company consists of 3 rounds. These are:

1. Written Exam
2. Technical Interview
3. HR Interview

Academic Criteria for Lionbridge is the candidate must have scored 60% throughout (Class X, XII and Graduation).

The written test consist of three sections. These are

1. Aptitude section
2. Reasoning section
3. English section

The total time allotted for the written exam is 120 minutes. There is no negative marking.

Aptitude section covers questions from topics such as time, speed & distance, algebra, arithmetic, probability, geometry, permutation & combination, graphs etc.

Reasoning section include questions from data interpretation, blood relations, coding and decoding, arrangement of words, series completion and seating arrangement problems, statement reasoning etc.

English section consists of questions based on synonyms, antonyms, sentence completion etc.

Those candidates who clear the written exam will qualify for the technical interview.

Technical interview consists of questions from topics such as C, C++, Java, Data Structure and Computer Networks.

The final stage is the HR round. The candidate’s behavior and personality will be evaluated in this round. Candidate’s interpersonal relationship, the ability to handle stress etc will be tested.
