The company usually recruits the freshers through campus placement for positions like Software Engineer, Software Developer, Testing Engineer, Systems Analyst etc.
Selection Process at Mahindra SatyamHere, I am going to discuss the placement process for fresher at Mahindra Satyam. Campus placement of Mahindra Satyam is usually a three stage process.
1. Written Test
2. Technical Interview
3. HR Interview
Eligibility criteria for the company is the candidate must have scored 60 percent or more throughout (Class X, XII, Graduation).
The written Test consists of two sections:
1. Aptitude and Reasoning
2. Verbal ability
Aptitude and reasoning section include questions from the topice like analogy, calendar, coding-decoding, directions, mixtures, partnership, percentage, problems on trains, profit and loss, series completion, time and distance, time and work etc.
Verbal ability section consist of questions based on basic English grammar, comprehension, etc.
The next round is technical interview, which is based on the technical part of your stream. Prepare for it. And the final round is HR interview.
