a.Attributes: such as size, time, etc. Eg. providing extra talktime on purchase of prepaid mobile vouchers.

b.Benefits: the product can highlight its advantages offered to the consumer.

c.Competitors: Where the product claims itself to be better than its competitors eg. A detergent powder may claim to remove stains completely and make clothes whiter and brighter than other ordinary detergents.

d.Product: Eg. LIC claiming itself to be the leader in the field of insurance service provider in the nation.

e.Quality: eg. a refined oil claiming 100% purity.
