I deeply regret that I will be unable to keep our appointment scheduled at 12: 00 noon on Wednesday, 5th March 2014. Due to some urgent circumstances in my office, I have to travel to Singapore, hence my inability to attend the aforementioned meeting.

I will return on 12th March 2014 and as soon as I return, I will call your office to reschedule our meeting. Probably we can meet the next day after my return and will call your office in this regard. Once again, I apologise my inability to attend the meeting.

I look forward to meet you soon and collaborate on our joint project.

    In view of the above, I hereby earnestly request you to kindly postpone my appointment for the present. I shall definitely get in touch with you immediately after returning from my native place.

    Please consider my humble request for postponing my appointment date and be kind enough to permit me to join on a future date and oblige.

    This is to inform you that our meeting for Tuesday has to be postponed. I’ve just been advised by my agent that shipment of that our new silk fabrics has been delayed.

    As much as I’d like to see you again, our scheduled meeting on Tuesday 10:00 a.m doesn’t make much sense without the merchandise. I had the opportunity to examine the fabrics during my last visit to Japan and the catalogue just doesn’t do them justice. The feel and the texture of the fabrics are exceptional. You have to see and feel them personal to understand their superior quality.

    The moment I’m notified of shipment, I’ll call u to reschedule. It should not take more than 14 days for the shipment to arrive. I believe these fabrics will become a major seller for your store.
