My daughter, ABC, is a student of class V 'C' of your institution. I hereby inform that we have moved our residence from Pitampura to Rohini.

Sector - 11,
Near Govt. Boys Senior Secondary School,

Kindly update our Rohini address on your records for future correspondence.
I would also require school transportation at our Rohini address from coming Monday onwards i.e. 24-02-2014. I am enclosing a cheque of Rs.300/- for the transportation fee for February and March. I will pay the transport fee quarterly as per school policy from next quarter onwards. Kindly provide a note on the child's school diary for the bus route number and the timings.
I will be grateful to avail the transportation facility and have the necessary changes done on your school records at the earliest.

Sample letter to school informing about address change
My son, ABC, is a student of class X ‘A’ of your school. I would like to inform you that we have changed our residence from Kandivali to Malad. Kindly update our new address in your school records for future correspondence.
Our new address is:

Mumbai- 400102
Due to change in residence, my son would need to utilize the school’s transportation facility from 1st April, 14 onwards. I am enclosing a cheque of Rs. 400/- towards transportation fees for the month of April and May.

I would highly appreciate the updating of records and information regarding the school bus facility at the earliest.
