It is a branch of art that in which a student studies the organizing and maintenance of museums and its artifacts.

It is most suited for students who have an analytical mind and those who have an interest in history.
The person who is responsible for the management and maintenance of a museum is called a museologist. He has the responsibility of keeping the artifacts as well as the museum attractive.

In this subject you are taught about the management of the museum which includes collection, documentation and research, conservation and preservation, security and good administration of the museum architecture.
