Job design is the process of assigning the tasks to a job, including the interdependency of those tasks with other jobs.

Critical psychological factors are as follows:

-The employee considers the job as meaningful, valuable & worthwhile.

-The employee feels responsible & accountable for the outcome of the work he/she does.

-The employees receive feedback on their job performance.
