What is equal employment opportunity?


It is a law which states that each and every employee in the organization should have the equal access to available employment by ensuring that the workplaces are free from discrimination and harassment, and providing program to assist people to overcome the disadvantage.

This means that each and every employee should have same work place, rules and policy in the organization.
