Interview is the process of checking applicants via face to face verbal conversation for employment. This process helps out an employer to judge the candidates suitability for the job.

Types of interview:
• Unstructured – No preplanned questions.
• Semi structured – Few questions are preplanned.
• Structured – All the questions are preplanned, here answers are evaluated by numeric rating scales.
• Panel Interview – A group of interviewer who take turns asking questions.
• Stressed Interview – Here interviewer find how candidate would respond to aggressive, embarrassing, rude and insulting questions.
• Behavioral interview.
