What is the equality of opportunity in matters of public employment?

• There shall be equality of opportunity for all the citizens in matters relating to appointment in office under the state.

• No one should be declared as ineligible on the basis of religion, sex, place of birth etc.

Explain about disability discrimination in EEO law?

This include that employer cannot discriminate in hiring the person on the grounds of his / her disability, it may be mental or physical.

This disability includes major life activities such as hearing, seeing, speaking, walking. This may include the physical impairment i.e. history of cancer, alcoholism, AIDS etc.
