• After selection we need to place the candidate on the right job which suited to his interest activities and skills.

• With the help of job analysis we can identify whether any training effort is required or not.

• Based on job analysis we can analyze the performance of any employee means what is he doing and he suppose to do, which help in employee appraisal.
