    - A good manufacturing process is the process through which a final product that comes out should satisfy both functional and physical objectives at a minimum cost that is acceptable to the ultimate user. The production process is used for this purpose.

    - Also it is important to select right manufacturing process to produce a product at its best possible quality within reasonable time for satisfying customers need.

    - Some points should be considered for selecting right manufacturing process such as,

    1. Manufacturing cost
    2. Production rate and volume
    3. Properties of workpiece material
    4. Shape and size of final product
    5. Functional requirement of the final product
