they should move either in east-west / north-south ... directions.
if we consider the above conditions, the answer would be 10

So the formula is t=d/s
T=300/12+18
T=300/30
T=10hrs

Very simple.
Difference of distance is 300km
since they are moving away, add the speeds. so total 30km/hr.
so 300/30 =10
