Can you give an example of physical evidence?

Physical evidence includes the tangible and intangible elements present in the environment of the organisation , via which the services are delivered to customers. Eg. In a restaurant, the ambience , the music , services provided by the waiters, attitude of the restaurant manager, etc. represent the intangible elements while the uniform of the waiters, room design, furnishings, lighting,seating etc represent the intangible aspects of the physical evidence which contribute to adding value to the business and create the much needed image to promote the business further.
